Mushrooms

The nutritional value of mushrooms is great, they are extremely rich in protein, vitamins, especially groups a, b, c, k, beta-carotene and ergosterol. They are also rich in vegetable fats, minerals – phosphorus, sodium and potassium, magnesium, in small quantities iron and calcium, as well as the whole complex of vitamin d.
